| THE MRI RESULTS ARE IN!!!! And the Doctor says..."Everything looks good." No stress fracture and the tendons are just fine. This basically led us to believe that it's just a matter of getting better arch support so I will be more patient with my orthotics. So I swam a mile pretty slow today. I felt kinda like poop. Then I ran a mile pretty slow and I felt kinda like poop but at least I ran! I also did some lifting. Hopefully I will be able to build back up in the running :)

| Went did a slow mile swim without stopping. Ran my 1 mile in 7:30. Just trying to keep everything rather light as I ease back in. Did some lifts as well as some of those cool little calf strengthening exercises in Runner's World Magazine :)

Got home from the race and while Rebecca was taking a nap I went for a one-mile run. I didn't have any workout clothes so I just went it my shorts that I was wearing. I probably looked like quite an amateur. Took about 7:20. It was good.

| Well I did my PFA. It didn't hurt so that was good. I was going to take it easy but when I hit my mile at about 6:30 I realized that I could still max the 1.5. I finished in 9:31 Then I did the elliptical platform thing (which is really cool) and it said I went 5 miles.

| Rebecca and I did the Westminster spin class together. That was pretty beastly. Then I ran a total of 2 miles. I kinda felt like doing 10 minus 8 and then I though about doing 20 divided by 10... In the end though I went with just two. :) | Comments(4) |

Well today was a BW with Rebecca "The Radcliffe" Rampton. Although you may think that BW stands for Big Workout it actually stands for Beastly Workout because it was.
We did a spinning class and left little puddles on the floor and then we went and swam a mile. After that we went running outside. It was good weather today for that. After 1 mile I turned back while The Radcliffe decided to go about 5 more... Beastly. It was a good workout and I look forward to doing it again next week. Perhaps I will go for about 2.5 miles instead :)
